Helping you complete your application

  • Make a note of the password and the number allocated to your application for future reference.
  • If you have any technical difficulties with the online form, contact SmartyGrants on 9320 6888 during business hours or email and quote the name of the application form and the application number.
  • Several people can work on the same application using the same login details, but only one person can work on the form at any one time.
  • Remember to save as you go!
  • If you are applying on behalf of a group it is best wherever possible to use the group’s generic email address or else in the future problems may occur if the person whose email address was used has left the group. It is also a good idea for the group to record the login and password for future use.

If you need help in completing the application you can speak to Megan Kemp on 9457 9831 during business hours or email,.au You will need to quote your application number.

  • You can also click 'next page' or 'previous page' on the top or bottom of each page to move forward or backward.

Saving your draft application so you can continue it later

Attachments and supporting documentation

  • You may need to upload attachments to support your application. This is very simple, but you need to have the documents saved on your computer or a storage device first.
  • Allow enough time for each file to upload before trying to attach another file.
  • It is best to keep file sizes around 5MB each. Files can be up to 25MB each but they take longer to upload.
  • Attachments need to be Word documents, image documents (.jpg) or in PDF Format.
