Neighbourhood Houses receiving funding through Banyule Council are required to complete this form annually to register their details.

Council requires reports and funding acquittals at various times throughout the financial year. 

SmartyGrants will send a notification to advise a form has been attached and it will be visible under " My submissions" in your SmartyGrants account.

Forms will need to be completed online.
