Banyule Abilities Unleashed Voucher Program

Before completing this application form, you should have read the Banyule Abilities Unleashed Sports Club Voucher guidelines. 

Incomplete applications and/or applications received after the closing date will not be considered in the current round.  The round for the 2024 Banyule Abilities Unleashed Program close at Midnight on Wednesday 30 April 2025. Applications will be assessed as they are submitted and applicants will be notified of the outcome within one month of submission.

- The reimbursement amount is up to $100, and it applies to the fees paid to join a local sporting club. This can include joining a program run by a local sporting club
- If your club fees are less than $100 then you will receive the amount paid and not the full $100
- The reimbursement is not applicable to any other fees or expenses beyond the membership, joining or program fee of a local sporting club

This section of the application form is designed to help you, and us, understand if you are eligible for this grant. It's crucial that you complete the question below before any others to ensure you do not waste your time applying for an unsuitable grant.

- The reimbursement offer is available to attendees of the Banyule Abilities Unleashed program and who join a sporting club before 30 April 2025
- To be eligible, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if under 18
- The reimbursement offer is non-transferable and only applicable to individuals that attended the Banyule Abilities Unleashed program

You have proof of costs incurred to the local sporting club i.e. receipt of membership, program registration etc.

The payment to the local club was made post the Banyule Abilities Unleased program on October 3.
